Capture is the whole trick

No data entry. No school portal logins. The mess you already have is the input.

Forward it

One forwarding rule sends every newsletter and reminder to your private address. Dates, forms, and deadlines file themselves to the right kid.

Snap it

The study guide on the kitchen counter, the flyer in the backpack, the returned test. Photograph it and it becomes searchable, dated, and studyable.

Say it

“Eli's dentist moved to Thursday at four.” Speak it in the carpool line; it's on the calendar before you park.

Two doors. One household coach.

For parents

Manage the complexity of modern school

  • Emails, portals, activities, and forms — pulled into one calm week
  • What needs you, separated from what needs them
  • Source-linked capture so you can check where something came from
  • A quick review queue when something isn't clear yet

For students

Clarity to focus on what matters

  • A clear line-up for what's ahead — not a pile of tabs and guesses
  • An academic coach that helps them work through problems when they get stuck
  • Help planning the week so the big things don't sneak up
  • Their space — not a surveillance app — with rewards for real effort

Parents keep the household moving. Students get a coach for focus and follow-through. Same school life — two views that actually help.

Effort pays. Literally, if you want.

Cleared tasks, study streaks, and honest flashcard sessions earn points. Parents load the rewards — pick Friday dinner, an extra hour of game time, a gift card, a theme-park goal the whole family counts down to. Grandparents can back a reward and send high fives from afar. Encouragement, not surveillance.

Built like it's your kid's data. Because it is.

Never trained on

Student data is never used to train AI models, never sold, never shared with the school.

Courses, not people

Patterns describe how a course runs — never a named teacher — and come only from material your family already has.

Yours to take or erase

Full export and hard delete, including every stored file, whenever you ask.

Priced like the school year it covers

One month of weekly tutoring runs $200–320. Classletics is the whole year — the coach, the calendar, and the calm — for less than that single month. Every family gets everything; parents are never a seat you pay for.

Fair questions

How does school email get into Classletics?

Your household gets a private address like parkers-k4t7@inbound.classletics.app. Set one forwarding rule in Gmail or Outlook and every newsletter, reminder, and permission slip gets read, dated, and filed to the right kid automatically.

What happens when the AI isn't sure about something?

It never guesses silently. Anything below a high confidence bar goes to a thirty-second review queue where you swipe to accept, fix, or skip — and every item shows the exact sentence it came from. Confident items file themselves and are always marked as school-stated, family-noted, or inferred.

How is this different from a family calendar app?

Calendars track dates. Classletics helps the household run school life — emails, activities, forms, and the week ahead — while giving students a coach to work through homework and plan what's coming.

How is this different from an AI tutor or flashcard app?

Generic tutors start from a blank page. The Classletics academic coach starts from your kid's real classes and materials, then helps them work through problems and prep for what's ahead — with practice grounded in what they've actually captured.

Is my kid's data used to train AI models?

No. Student data is never used for model training, never sold, and never shared with the school. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time.

Does it judge or rate teachers?

No. Classletics notices patterns at the course level — like a class whose tests draw heavily from the study guide — using only material your family already has, and phrases it as preparation advice. It never characterizes a person.

Forward one email. Watch the week build itself.
