Your kid's data is never training data
Nothing your family captures — emails, photos, voice memos, schoolwork — is ever used to train AI models. Not ours, not our providers'. This is enforced at the account level with every AI provider we use.
Never sold, never shared with the school
We don't sell data, run ads, or share your family's information with schools, districts, or anyone else. You are the customer, not the product.
Courses, never people
Classletics notices patterns like “this course's tests draw heavily from the study guide.” Those patterns come only from material your family legitimately has, describe the course rather than any person, and are phrased as preparation advice to your student. The system declines to evaluate or rate teachers, by design and by rule.
The student side is theirs
A student's conversations with their coach are not a report to you. Parents see logistics — what's due, what's coming — not a surveillance feed. Kids under 13 get accounts only through explicit parent creation and consent.
Leave with everything, any time
Ask and we'll export your household's complete data, or permanently delete all of it — including every stored file. Write to connect@autonomousretailtechnology.com.
The boring-but-important floor
Row-level isolation between households enforced in the database and tested automatically. Files served only through signed, short-lived links. Credentials for any connected service encrypted at rest. Rate limits on everything that accepts input.
