The terms, in plain language
Last updated September 2026 · Classletics is made by Autonomous Retail Technology in Texas. Using Classletics means you agree to what's on this page.
Who it's for
A parent or guardian who is at least 18 creates the household and is responsible for it. Students use Classletics through their family's household. A kid under 13 gets an account only when a parent creates it and consents, exactly as the privacy commitment describes.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us right away if you think someone else has it. What happens in your household — by you, another parent you invited, or your kids — is your household's responsibility. One account belongs to one household.
What the coach is, and isn't
Classletics organizes school life and offers an AI study coach. The coach is a study aid. It can be wrong, and sometimes is: check important dates, grades, and instructions against the school's own source. It is not a teacher, a tutor of record, a counselor, a doctor, or a lawyer, and it never replaces one. It is not for emergencies. If a kid is in danger, call or text 988 or call 911.
Paying for it
During the beta, Classletics is free for the length of your window. After that, a founding family pays $149 per school year for the first student and $79 for each additional student, billed once a year through Stripe. We never see your card.
Seats follow your roster. Add a kid mid-year and the extra seat is prorated for the rest of that year. Remove a kid and their seat stays paid through the year, then drops off at the next renewal. The founding rate is locked for as long as you stay continuously subscribed. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.
Cancel any time from Settings; you keep access through the period you paid for. If Classletics isn't right for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions.
Fair use
Use Classletics for your own family's school life. Don't share a household with people outside it, don't try to talk the coach into anything harmful or dishonest, don't scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to harass anyone. The coach's time is a shared resource: an account that runs it hard may be asked to take a breather, and an account that breaks these terms may be paused or closed.
Your content stays yours
Everything your family captures — emails, photos, documents, notes, voice — belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Classletics for your household. It is never used to train AI models, never sold, and never shared with schools. The Classletics software, name, and logo belong to us.
The services behind the service
Payments run on Stripe. Data lives on Supabase. The coach is powered by AI providers under contracts that forbid training on your data. Google sign-in is optional and governed by Google's terms. Anything you connect from a school system stays that system's, on its terms.
Leaving
Export your household's complete data or permanently delete all of it from Settings, any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can give it. If Classletics ever shuts down, you get at least 30 days' notice and your export.
The legal floor
Classletics is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Autonomous Retail Technology's total liability to you for anything arising from Classletics is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a missed deadline or a grade.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we have a dispute, we each agree to try to sort it out by email first; if that fails, it belongs in the state or federal courts in Texas. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stands. These terms and the privacy commitment are the whole agreement between us.
When these terms change in a way that matters, we email the household and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Classletics after that means you accept the change.
